Hypnosis is a natural state of heightened awareness and relaxation that allows individuals direct access to their subconscious mind, which is responsible for automatic behaviors, emotions, and memories. Hypnosis can be used for a variety of purposes.

It’s also a natural state that you are in every day. For example, when one is engrossed in an intense movie or book and does not respond to their name being called, they are deep into a hypnotic state. You experience hypnosis nightly as you reach the relaxed state immediately prior to your sleep. Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state you even experience while driving. Your mind begins to wander and then….you’ve reached your destination!  

Hypnosis it is not manipulation, mind control, magic, voodoo or part of the occult. The hypnotherapist is not in control of your mind or body. You are always in control, highly aware and yet most clients are able to go into a deep state of relaxation. It’s a simple yet profound tool to assist you in changing. Of course, each client is different and results vary, but by finding the best hypnotist that is a fit for you and beginning to build rapport, you and your hypnotherapist can move towards outstanding success.
